In preparation for the trial, we will review all the major issues of your divorce. At the trial there are issues of custody, visitation, child support, alimony, property division and division of marital debt issues that will be resolved by the judge. A trial can be a long process. It is imperative that we are fully prepared for trial and that we have all our records subpoenaed and witnesses available. I will let you know the trial date well in advance and it will be both your job and mine to ensure we are fully prepared. |
