McBrien and Kane, An Association of Attorneys accept cash, check, visa & mastercard. Some cases require an upfront retrainer and others are handled on a contingency basis.

 
What Am I Required To Do For My Lawsuit?

With every case, we have a game plan, a plan of action. First, we get as much information from you and your family as possible. We do this either with an in-office or an over the phone interview. We also require you do some homework of your own, as part of this you'll be given a checklist of things to do.
